Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
For cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. I greatly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, which helps me provide the best possible service for all clients.
